Where do you shoot sessions?
I primarily photograph sessions throughout Downriver, Michigan, using local parks and nearby cities that offer a variety of beautiful backdrops. Sessions outside of this area are available for a minimal travel fee.
Do you ever shoot in studios?
Yes! While most sessions are photographed outdoors using natural light, studio sessions are available upon request. Studios are a great option for a polished, editorial look or to avoid weather concerns.
Please note that studio sessions include an additional studio rental fee, and pricing is customized based on the space and time needed.
What time will my session begin?
Most sessions are scheduled during golden hour, typically 1–2 hours before sunset, when the light is soft, warm, and most flattering. This timing helps avoid harsh shadows and creates a natural, glowing look.
Sunrise sessions are also available for early risers and offer a quiet, beautiful alternative.
Where do I change my outfits?
For outdoor sessions, I provide a portable changing tent so you can change outfits comfortably and privately on location.
What is your estimated turnaround time?
For senior sessions, your online gallery will be ready within 2 weeks of your session date. After viewing your gallery, you’ll have time to select your images and place your print order.
For portrait sessions, your online gallery and download PIN will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session date.
Am I required to place print orders through you?
No.
Senior clients may choose from print collections, digital file collections, or a combination of both. If you purchase digital files, I’m happy to recommend a professional photo lab.
For portrait clients, digital files are included with your session. Prints may be ordered through my professional lab if you’d like additional products.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept a variety of payment options to keep things simple and flexible, including:
